Delicious strawberry pie bars with a crumbly crust.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, oats, and salt.
- Add melted butter and vanilla, stir until combined.
- Press half the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Add sliced strawberries evenly over the crust.
- Crumble the remaining mixture over the strawberries.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
- Cool before slicing into bars.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Can substitute strawberries with other berries.
