A simple and delicious strawberry pie using gelatin.

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 package (3 ounces) strawberry gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 pre-made pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to pie crust instructions.
- In a bowl, combine sliced strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
- In another bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved.
- Add the gelatin mixture to the strawberry mixture and stir well.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy.

- Use fresh strawberries for best flavor.
- Chill the pie longer for a firmer texture.
