Instructions
- Wash and slice the strawberries.
- Tear the prosciutto into bite-sized pieces.

- Top with sliced strawberries and prosciutto.
- Place the burrata in the center of the salad.
- In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
