- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add cold butter and mix until crumbly.
- Pour in heavy cream and orange blossom water; stir until combined.
- Turn dough onto a floured surface; knead gently.
- Roll out to 1-inch thickness and cut into rounds.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Let cool completely.
- Whip cream with powdered sugar until peaks form.
- Assemble by layering shortcakes, strawberries, and whipped cream.
