  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking pan.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add cold butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Stir in milk to form a soft dough.
  5. Spread dough in the pan and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Cool the cake and slice into layers.
  7. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  8. Layer cake, whipped cream, and strawberries. Repeat.
  9. Top with more strawberries and serve chilled.
