Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Warm tortillas slightly for easier folding.
- Divide beef, rice, beans, and cheese evenly among tortillas.
- Fold sides of tortillas inward, then roll tightly to form burritos.
- Optional: Heat burritos in a pan for 1-2 minutes per side to crisp.
- Serve hot with salsa or sour cream.
