A delicious stuffed chicken breast recipe that is easy to prepare and full of flavor.
Ingredients

- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff with the mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken breasts for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Check that chicken is cooked through before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add herbs for extra flavor.
- Serve with a side salad.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
