Ingredients

- 12 large white mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the mixture into each mushroom cap.
- Place mushrooms on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and tender.
- Serve warm.

- Use room-temperature butter for easy mixing.
- Swap Parmesan with feta for a tangy variation.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat.
