- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and dry the berries, then slice the strawberries.
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Layer crushed graham crackers at the bottom of serving glasses.
- Add a layer of whipped cream.
- Top with mixed berries.
- Repeat layers if desired.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
