A quick and delicious chicken stir-fry packed with fresh vegetables and savory sauce. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken (sliced)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 carrot (julienned)
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp ginger (grated)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch (mixed with 2 tbsp water)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned, 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, stir-fry bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli for 2-3 minutes.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds.
- Return chicken to the pan.
- Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well.
- Add cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce.
- Cook for 1 more minute until everything is well coated.
Notes
- Cut vegetables uniformly for even cooking.
- Use high heat for best results.
- Adjust sauce thickness with water if needed.
