Description

A quick and delicious chicken stir-fry packed with fresh vegetables and savory sauce. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 carrot (julienned)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp ginger (grated)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch (mixed with 2 tbsp water)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned, 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, stir-fry bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds.
  5. Return chicken to the pan.
  6. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well.
  7. Add cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce.
  8. Cook for 1 more minute until everything is well coated.

Notes

  • Cut vegetables uniformly for even cooking.
  • Use high heat for best results.
  • Adjust sauce thickness with water if needed.
