Description

This sugar cookie fudge combines the flavors of classic sugar cookies and creamy fudge.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar cookie mix
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract and sugar cookie mix until well combined.
  4. Remove from heat and fold in the sprinkles.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Spread evenly and sprinkle additional sprinkles on top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  8. Cut into squares and serve.
