Description
This sugar cookie fudge combines the flavors of classic sugar cookies and creamy fudge.
Ingredients

- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar cookie mix
- 1/4 cup sprinkles
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, melt the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and sugar cookie mix until well combined.
- Remove from heat and fold in the sprinkles.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Spread evenly and sprinkle additional sprinkles on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Use different colored sprinkles for variety.
- Can be made ahead of time for parties.
