Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup erythritol
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
- Add melted coconut oil and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.
- Stir until you form a dough.
- Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let them cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- These snacks are best consumed within a week.
- You can substitute almond flour with coconut flour if desired.
