- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken breasts to coat evenly.
- Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on one side.
- Flip the chicken and brush with barbecue sauce. Cook for an additional 6-7 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- During the last minute of grilling, brush more barbecue sauce on the chicken for extra flavor.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with additional barbecue sauce on the side.
