  • 1 cup barbecue sauce

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken breasts to coat evenly.
  4. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on one side.
  5. Flip the chicken and brush with barbecue sauce. Cook for an additional 6-7 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. During the last minute of grilling, brush more barbecue sauce on the chicken for extra flavor.
  7. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
