Instructions
- Wash and dry the mixed greens.
- Combine greens, tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and avocado in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately.
