Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the sliced zucchinis, bell peppers, red onion, and cherry tomatoes.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil, then add minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the vegetables evenly.
  5. Place the vegetables in a grill basket or directly on the grill. Grill for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until they are tender and slightly charred.
