- 1 bell pepper, diced

- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tortillas or lettuce leaves for wrapping
- Toppings: salsa, avocado, cheese (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground turkey or chicken. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
- Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
- Stir in the black beans, corn, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Spoon the mixture into tortillas or lettuce leaves and add your favorite toppings like salsa, avocado, or cheese.
