- 1 flatbread or naan
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Spread the chicken and sun-dried tomato mixture evenly over the flatbread.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and crumbled feta cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired.
- Slice and serve warm.
