Ingredients

  • 1 flatbread or naan
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Spread the chicken and sun-dried tomato mixture evenly over the flatbread.
  5. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and crumbled feta cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired.
