Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  3. Stir in salsa, black beans, and half of the cheese. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
  5. Spoon the beef mixture over the chips.
  6. Top with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from the oven and add diced avocado, sour cream, and green onions.
