- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 package tortilla chips
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Stir in salsa, black beans, and half of the cheese. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
- Spoon the beef mixture over the chips.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and add diced avocado, sour cream, and green onions.

- Feel free to add jalapeños for extra spice.
