- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 jalapeno, diced
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese, and salsa.
- Add the cheddar cheese, black beans, jalapeno, lime juice, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.

- Adjust the spice level by adding more or fewer jalapenos.
