Ingredients

- 1 pound ribeye steak
- 8 shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions
- Season the steak with salt and pepper.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and butter.
- Add garlic and shrimp, cooking for 2-3 minutes until shrimp are pink.
- Serve the shrimp over the steak with lemon slices.
