- 2 lobster tails
- 2 ribeye steaks
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic to the butter and sauté until fragrant.
- Butterfly the lobster tails and brush with the garlic butter.
- Place the steaks on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Place the lobster tails on the grill, shell side down, and grill for 5-7 minutes.
- Remove steaks and lobster from the grill.
- Garnish with parsley and lemon slices before serving.
