Ingredients

- 4 scallops
- 2 beef steaks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Season the scallops and steaks with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the steaks and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Remove steaks and let them rest.
- In the same pan, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add scallops and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Add butter and swirl it in the pan for flavor.
- Serve scallops alongside the sliced steak.
