A delicious surf and turf recipe combining shrimp and steak for a perfect meal.
Ingredients

- 8 oz ribeye steak
- 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp butter
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Season the steak with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak and cook to your desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side for medium.
- Remove the steak and let it rest.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and garlic.
- Sauté the garlic for 1 minute, then add the shrimp.
- Cook the shrimp until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add butter and stir until melted.
- Slice the steak and serve with shrimp on top.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
