Ingredients

  • 8 oz ribeye steak
  • 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the steak with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steak and cook to your desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side for medium.
  4. Remove the steak and let it rest.
  5. In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and garlic.
  6. Sauté the garlic for 1 minute, then add the shrimp.
  7. Cook the shrimp until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  8. Add butter and stir until melted.
  9. Slice the steak and serve with shrimp on top.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley.
