Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Cut them into even-sized cubes or wedges.
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the sweet potato pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
