Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, milk, melted butter, vanilla, and salt.
  3. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and top with marshmallows.
  6. Return to oven and bake until marshmallows are golden brown.
