Ingredients

- 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, milk, melted butter, vanilla, and salt.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove from oven and top with marshmallows.
- Return to oven and bake until marshmallows are golden brown.
Notes
- Use freshly cooked sweet potatoes for best texture.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Broil briefly for extra browning.
