Ingredients

- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel and cut sweet potatoes into thin fries.
- In a bowl, toss sweet potato fries with olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Place fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for desired crispiness and cook longer if needed.
- Remove and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak fries in water for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust seasonings to your taste.
- Try adding parmesan cheese for a different flavor.
