Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the diced sweet potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place the sweet potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  4. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the sweet potatoes are crispy and fork-tender.
