  • 2 racks St. Louis-style ribs
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup paprika
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to 250°F (120°C).
  2. Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne in a bowl.
  3. Rub the spice mix evenly over both sides of the ribs.
  4. Place ribs on the grill, meat side up, and cook for 2 hours.
  5. Mix barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, and honey in a bowl.
  6. Brush the sauce over the ribs and grill for another 30 minutes.
  7. Remove from grill, let rest for 10 minutes, then slice and serve.

Notes

  • Use a meat thermometer to ensure ribs reach 190°F (88°C) for tenderness.
  • Adjust cayenne for less or more heat.
