  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked ground beef or chorizo
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup guacamole
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Spread tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until crispy.
  4. Remove from oven and top with cheese and ground beef.
  5. Return to oven for 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from oven and add tomatoes, jalapeños, sour cream, and guacamole.
  7. Sprinkle with green onions and serve immediately.
