- 1 bag frozen tater tots (32 oz)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked ground beef or chorizo
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup guacamole
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Spread tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until crispy.
- Remove from oven and top with cheese and ground beef.
- Return to oven for 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and add tomatoes, jalapeños, sour cream, and guacamole.
- Sprinkle with green onions and serve immediately.

- For extra crispiness, bake tater tots on a wire rack.
- Customize toppings with black beans, salsa, or avocado.
- Use vegan cheese and sour cream for a dairy-free option.
