- 24 mini fillo shells
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning and water according to the packet instructions. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Place the mini fillo shells on a baking sheet.
- Spoon the taco meat into each shell.
- Sprinkle cheese on top of each filled shell.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Top with diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, sour cream, and cilantro.
- Serve warm.

- Use pre-baked mini fillo shells for convenience.
- Substitute ground beef with ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
