Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can black beans (15 oz), drained
- 1 can kidney beans (15 oz), drained
- 1 can corn (15 oz), drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 can tomato sauce (8 oz)
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheese (for topping)
- 1 cup sour cream (for serving)
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat from the beef.
- Add beans, corn, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, ranch seasoning, taco seasoning, and beef broth to the pot.
- Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Reduce heat and let simmer for 30 minutes.
- Serve hot, topped with cheese and sour cream.

- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or onions.
- Adjust the seasonings to taste.
