  • 8 taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Sour cream and salsa for serving

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Warm the taco shells in the oven according to package instructions.
  5. Fill each taco shell with the beef mixture, then top with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
  6. Serve with sour cream and salsa on the side.
