- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 taco shells
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Sour cream and salsa for serving
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Warm the taco shells in the oven according to package instructions.
- Fill each taco shell with the beef mixture, then top with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
- Serve with sour cream and salsa on the side.

- Feel free to customize your toppings with avocado, jalapeños, or your favorite hot sauce.
