- 4 corn tortillas
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Brush tortillas with olive oil and sprinkle with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Bake tortillas for 8-10 minutes until crispy.
- Mix shredded chicken with salsa.
- Spread sour cream on each tostada.
- Top with chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, avocado, and cheese.
- Squeeze lime juice over the top.
- Serve immediately.

- Use store-bought rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Substitute flour tortillas if corn tortillas are unavailable.
- Add hot sauce for extra spice.
