- 1 bag frozen tater tots
- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced ham or cooked sausage
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Spread the frozen tater tots evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Pour the egg mixture over the tater tots.
- Sprinkle the diced ham or sausage and cheese on top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
