Ingredients
Scale
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1/2 teaspoon five-spice powder
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions

- Add chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade, reserving the marinade.

- Pour the reserved marinade into the pan and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- Brush the glaze over the chicken and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, grill the chicken instead of pan-frying.
- Adjust honey for more sweetness or soy sauce for saltiness.
