Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, melt butter and add mustard, stirring for 1 minute.
  6. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, simmering for 3 minutes.
  7. Return chicken to the pan, coating it with the sauce.
  8. Cook for another 2 minutes until heated through.
