- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup Korean BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Mix beef, pork, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and green onions in a bowl.
- Shape into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until browned.
- Brush meatballs with Korean BBQ sauce and bake 5 more minutes.
- Mix mayo, gochujang, and sesame oil for the dip.
- Serve warm with spicy mayo dip.
