Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Korean BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Mix beef, pork, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and green onions in a bowl.
  3. Shape into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes until browned.
  5. Brush meatballs with Korean BBQ sauce and bake 5 more minutes.
  6. Mix mayo, gochujang, and sesame oil for the dip.
  7. Serve warm with spicy mayo dip.
