Ingredients

- 500g steak, cubed
- 250g mushrooms, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 200ml heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp thyme
Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a pan.
- Cook steak bites until browned.
- Remove steak and sauté mushrooms.
- Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir.
- Add steak back to the pan.
- Season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
Notes
- Use sirloin or ribeye steak for best results.
- Adjust cream thickness with broth if needed.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or pasta.
