Juicy steak bites cooked in a creamy garlic mushroom sauce.


Ingredients

  • 500g steak, cubed
  • 250g mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp thyme

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a pan.
  2. Cook steak bites until browned.
  3. Remove steak and sauté mushrooms.
  4. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and stir.
  6. Add steak back to the pan.
  7. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
  8. Simmer for 5 minutes.

  • Use sirloin or ribeye steak for best results.
  • Adjust cream thickness with broth if needed.
