- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add steak cubes and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Serve warm.
