Description

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 large potatoes, cubed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
  3. Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  4. Remove steaks and let them rest.
  5. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  6. Pour garlic butter over the steaks.
  7. Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  8. Roast potatoes in the oven at 400°F for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
