- 4 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 large potatoes, cubed

Instructions
- Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
- Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Remove steaks and let them rest.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Pour garlic butter over the steaks.
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Roast potatoes in the oven at 400°F for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
