- 1 lb steak, cut into pieces
- 2 roasted bell peppers
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Season steak pieces with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and cook steak until browned.
- Blend roasted bell peppers and garlic into a smooth sauce.
- Add sauce to the pan with steak and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Combine cooked pasta with the steak and sauce.
- Sprinkle chili flakes before serving.
