Scale
- 4 salmon fillets, skinless
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, making sure they’re well coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

- Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add fresh herbs like dill or thyme to the marinade.
- Adjust the seasoning according to your taste preferences.
