Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C).
  2. Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a bowl.
  3. Rub the spice mixture evenly over the brisket.
  4. Place the brisket in a roasting pan fat side up.
  5. Pour beef broth into the pan.
  6. Cover tightly with foil.
  7. Bake for 6 hours or until tender.
  8. Let rest for 30 minutes before slicing.
