Ingredients

- 2 boneless chicken breasts (about 300g), thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2–3 Thai chilies, sliced (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 cup fresh Thai basil leaves
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced (optional)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a wok or large pan over high heat.
- Add garlic and chilies, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add chicken, cook for 3-4 minutes until no longer pink.
- Stir in oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar.
- Add bell pepper (if using) and cook for 1 minute.
- Toss in basil leaves and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Serve hot with steamed rice.
