  • 23 Thai chilies, sliced (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 cup fresh Thai basil leaves
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok or large pan over high heat.
  2. Add garlic and chilies, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken, cook for 3-4 minutes until no longer pink.
  4. Stir in oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar.
  5. Add bell pepper (if using) and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Toss in basil leaves and cook for another 30 seconds.
