Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar together.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture.
  5. Mix in pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  6. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  7. Fold in walnuts.
  8. Pour batter into a greased baking dish.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  10. Let cool and frost with cream cheese mixture.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container.
