Instructions
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Add mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla, then mix until smooth.
- Dip ladyfinger pieces in coffee and layer in a dish.
- Spread the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Chill for 2 hours, then scoop into balls.
- Roll in cocoa powder and drizzle with melted chocolate.
- Serve chilled.
