A quick and easy recipe for making crispy tofu in an air fryer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 block of firm tofu (14 oz)
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of cornstarch
Instructions
- Press the tofu to remove excess water.
- Cut the tofu into cubes.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, and cornstarch.
- Add tofu cubes to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the tofu in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Serve hot.

- Adjust the cooking time for desired crispiness.
- Can be served with dipping sauce.
