Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the cooked tortellini, cherry tomatoes, red onion, black olives, and fresh parsley to the dressing. Toss gently to combine.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
