Instructions
- Place the corned beef in a large pot.

- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2.5 hours.
- Add carrots and potatoes, cooking for an additional 30 minutes.
- Add cabbage and cook for another 15 minutes until tender.
- Slice the corned beef against the grain and serve with vegetables.
