- 1/4 cup milk

- 8 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup salsa (optional)
- Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, pour in the egg mixture. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are scrambled and fully cooked, about 3-5 minutes.
- While the eggs are cooking, warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave until pliable.
- To assemble each burrito, place one tortilla on a flat surface. Add a portion of scrambled eggs, 2 slices of turkey bacon, and a sprinkle of cheese.
- Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling, folding in the sides as you go.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and fillings.
- Serve with salsa and garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
